To compliment my work experience gained whilst moving vertically through corporate life and then managing my own business I acquired a master’s in leadership & Innovation (Link Dissertation) and coaching qualifications. (Training)
My offering is to support individuals on their personal development journey through Vertical Coaching. (Link Harthill) Unlike other coaches I use a hybrid coaching/mentoring approach where needed, as I believe this approach achieves greater results for my clients. Coaching: A coach is someone who provides guidance to a client on their goals and helps them reach their full potential. Mentoring: A mentor is someone who shares their knowledge, skills and/or experience, to help another to develop and grow.
Our programme lasts for twelve weeks and can be terminated by either party at any time with no financial loss to my client. Our first 1-1 meeting will be face to face and free. The objective of this meeting is to establish if report exists, and if we believe career developmental progress can be made.
